The staff and volunteers of The Bluff City Balloon Jamboree are dedicated to making A Special Night for Special Kids/Adults an exciting, memorable, and safe event!

The application below must be completed and returned by March 1, 2022.

This is a completely free event, however if you are able a $25 donation will be a big help with the cost associated with putting this event on. you can use the donate button on our website.

What to expect during the festival: The date is June 16, 2022 at Shelby farms. Gates will open at 4pm. And close at 9:30pm.

Parking will be on the festival field close to everything with handicap parking closest to the VIP tent.

The festival field is level with well-groomed grass. We will have pathways for wheelchairs. Everything this year will be closer together to minimize travel for wheelchairs.

Food will be served in the VIP tent with appropriate tables and chairs We plan on a menu of hamburgers and hotdogs with chips, drinks, and desert. We will be ready to serve by 5pm and will serve until 7:30pm. There will be rides open at the carnival this year! The hot air balloon tether rides will commence as soon as winds allow after 5pm. The lines for the balloons will be laid out and easy to navigate.

There will be regular and handicap porta potties. We will have a walk-thru balloon this year. This is a hot air balloon laid on its side with a fan keeping it inflated so people can walk inside a hot air balloon! We will have our hot air balloon photo booth also. And a couple of surprises!

There will be some loud noises so please come prepared. We will have a medical team onsite.

Because of the cost involved please limit the folks you bring to that of your immediate family.
